5. Payment & Refund Policy

Coaching Programs (1:1 or Group)
Due to the nature of the work and the limited spots available, all sales are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree to pay the full amount, whether paid in full or via an approved payment plan.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all scheduled payments regardless of your participation.

Digital Products, Challenges, Workshops
All digital offers (e.g., $7 Implementation Challenge, Quarterly Workshops) are non-refundable once purchased due to instant access.

6. Scheduling & Communication

Coaching calls are scheduled using our online calendar or direct communication. Missed or canceled calls without 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Slack or Voxer support is available Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM EST, unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Anything you share during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, unless required by law.

Group program participants agree to maintain confidentiality for all members. Sharing sensitive or private information outside the group is prohibited.

8. Community Guidelines

Whether engaging in coaching groups, Slack channels, or online events, we expect respectful, kind, and non-disruptive behavior.
Harassment, spam, or inappropriate conduct will result in removal without refund.

9. Affiliate Disclosure
